Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and packed size, and is charged to the customer. We ship within Japan only and do not currently ship overseas.

Photographic works are made to order: each piece is printed, framed and signed after your order and payment are confirmed. A4, A3, A3+ and A2 ship within 3 weeks of payment confirmation; A1 and A0 in 4-6 weeks. Pieces already printed and framed for an exhibition may ship sooner. Works that are already made (paintings and framed limited editions) are held in stock and ship within 1 week of payment confirmation.

After ordering, please pay by credit card or make a bank transfer within 7 days. Once payment is confirmed, we print, frame and sign the work, and contact you before dispatch. The timings above are our guide to delivery.

Each piece is either made to order, or a work that is already made (one-of-a-kind or a limited edition). Once production has begun we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. Production is deemed to have begun when we place the printing or framing order; you may cancel before that by contacting us. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of arrival so that we can respond promptly. Contacting us after 7 days does not limit your rights under applicable law in respect of goods that do not conform to the contract. We cover the return shipping cost and respond by repair, exchange, price reduction or refund, as appropriate (for one-of-a-kind works, where exchange is not possible, by repair or refund).
