Frequently asked questions
The works shown on the site are generally one-of-a-kind. Photographic works are sold as limited editions by size and are not reissued once the edition sells out; paintings are one-of-a-kind and are not restocked. If a piece interests you, please contact us through the form.
- Shipping: within Japan only (Japan Post). Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and packed size. We do not currently ship overseas.
- For delivery timings, please see our Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).
We accept credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer (prepayment) for orders shipped within Japan. For bank transfer, please remit within 7 days after ordering. Production and dispatch preparation begin after payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of the works, we generally do not accept returns. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately after it arrives.
With a reservation to visit, we can hold a piece for up to 4 days. The same applies for online enquiries.
We accept works on consignment and are always considering new makers to carry. Please contact us through the form with your portfolio.
